At the core of my approach is my ability to both solve problems and tell stories. Whether I am working on a design project or leading a team I am always looking for ways to create meaningful and impactful solutions. I believe that effective communication is key to success, and I use storytelling as a way to bring my ideas to life and connect with others (users and stakeholders) on a deeper level.

With a career split between agency and in-house roles, I have a unique perspective on the challenges businesses, and brands face. My diverse experience from agency to start-up to corporate allows me to see the big picture while also having the ability to lead my team to focus on solving specific problems.

Create a systematic and elevated content discovery experience for users to find their favorite content in a meaningful and personalized way.

• Built Content Expression team
• Improved all primary KPIs, including Click-Through Rate and Click-To-Play, led to increased retention rate YoY.
Uber.com
Empower users with a redesigned Uber.com experience by creating a brand and story system catered to the needs of both riders and drivers.
My Role
Embedded Senior Product Designer(2018-2019)
Impact
• Increase the rider signup rate: With higher SEO traffic driving to the pages and a stronger on-page content strategy, more people were attracted and converted to riders.
• Increase the driver signup: Due to the high paid marketing costs associated to acquiring drivers at Uber, this was a considerable cost saving to the business in driving more organic (free) acquisition through the web.
Nike Athlete 360
Create an end-to-end tool for Nike Sport Research Lab (NSRL) to collect and share data from Athletes.
My Role
Embedded Senior Product Designer(2017-2018)
Impact
Nike Athlete 360 created an integrated tool for researchers within NSRL for recruiting, scheduling, checking in, testing, measuring, reporting, and evaluating. This tool created an intuitive and centralized environment to collect data and speed up the end-to-end research process.
Moda Operandi
Create a web-based exclusive live shopping experience for tier 1 customers.
My Role
Principal Product Designer (2019-2020)
Impact
Tier 1 customers are more focused and engaged when they get a live shopping experience as an exclusive service. This first access to the collection increases the TrunkShow (pre-order for the new collection) by 45%. This experience was a powerful resource for the Moda merchandising team at the beginning of the pandemic.
